We start by bringing in FRESH pork & beef products from top quality producers.

Then the magic starts we add our own blend of spices (no pre-made units here) top it off with lots of love, care and attention to detail.

The result is a superior line of quality wood smoked deli and sausage products. 

With over 30 years experience in sausage making and another 10 in the hospitality industry and the best employees a company could ask for we believe that we are the #1 supplier in Manitoba!
